Top companies bring innovation and colour to the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards

The 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards celebrated the country’s finest real estate with the support of sponsors Kohler, Boysen Paints, and Dongpeng Ceramic.
The 2024 edition of the awards drew the Philippines’ top developers to Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, where they vied for accolades in more than 80 categories.
Platinum sponsor Kohler showcased an innovative range of bathroom and kitchen products during the gala. Ishan Kala, general manager of Kohler Co. Philippines and Vietnam, attended to support the awardees, representing various properties and portfolios across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
“It’s our pleasure to always showcase the talent, great design, and innovation that come out of the Philippines, especially on this platform,” says Kala.
With a global presence in resorts, hotels, and properties, Kohler takes pride in elevating the Philippines’ best real estate firms and projects through the awards.

Vergel Dyoco, marketing manager of Boysen Paints, represented the year’s gold sponsor.
