Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 commercial developments in Malaysia from 2017 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects.

Best Township Developer

Must have completed at least 2 township developments in Malaysia since January 2017.

Best Industrial/Logistics Developer

Must have completed at least 2 industrial developments in Malaysia from 2017 to present. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects.

Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2021 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2022.

Best Mixed Use Developer

Must have completed at least 2 hospitality developments in Malaysia from 2017 to present. Hospitality developments include hotel and resort projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Luxury Developer

Must have completed at least 3 luxury residential developments (For Landed Development should have an average unit price more than RM 1000 per sqft. For High Rised Development should have an average unit price more than RM 1200 per sqft in Malaysia since January 2017.

Best Hospitality Developer

Must have completed at least 2 hospitality developments in Malaysia from 2017 to present. Hospitality developments include hotel and resort projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Special Recognition Awards

Special Recognition in ESG

Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design
