Best Developer

Must have completed at least 2 residential, commercial, or hospitality developments in Cambodia since January 2019. *Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Boutique Developer

Must have completed at least one boutique residential, commercial or hospitality developments in Cambodia since January 2019. *Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Sustainable Developer

Must have completed at least one sustainable development in Cambodia since 2019. Sustainable developers consistently implement environmentally sensitive design features, use low impact construction materials, and install energy, waste efficient systems. *Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2023 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2024.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least one lifestyle developments in Cambodia from 2019 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. *Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least one commercial developments in Cambodia from 2019 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects. *Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Hospitality Developer

Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior- friendly surroundings and social programmes. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit

Best Wellness Residential Development

Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Coastal Residential Development

Open to condominiums, apartments, houses and villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and December 2027. Must have a show unit. Eligible projects should be located in Sihanoukville,Kampot and Koh Kong.

Best Smart Home Development

Open to residential projects that uses internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Best Townhouse Development

Open to Townhouse project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and December 2027. Must have a show unit. Phase of a multiphase developments are also eligible for entry.

Best Lifestyle Condo Development

Open to Condo developments which specify target market & features to support that lifestyle. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Lifestyle Housing Development

Open to Housing developments which specify target market & features to support that lifestyle. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Office Development

Open to office buildings. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Retail Development

Open to retail developments with more than 20,000 GFA. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Hotel Development

Open to hotel developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Resort Development

Open to resort developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Mixed Use Development

Open to Mixed Use developments with two or more components, including residential, office, retail, hospitality, medical and entertainment. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Industrial Development

Open to Industrial developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects.

Best Leisure Development

Open to developments that offer members and/or visitors a range of leisure facilities including exercise, sport, fitness and wellness options. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Educational Development

Open to developments that offer students a range of dedicated educational facilities such as study areas, libraries, computer and science labs, art spaces etc. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Medical Development

Open to developments that offer patients a range of medical facilities, including operating theatres, equipped consultation and treatment rooms, recovery wards and/or private rooms The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Heritage Development

Open to projects which include traditional elements such as original architecture, art, objects, and cultural references. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Eco Friendly Commercial Development

Open to Commercial projects that demonstrate the use of sustainable materials, technology or techniques but do not have official green certification. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have show unit

Best Renovated Development

Open to projects which feature reconstructed features and renovations that make up more than 20% of the total project.The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Smart Building Development

Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). The developer must submit relevant documents, images and green certifications to support each entry as evidence of: Energy saving systems and technology, water saving systems and technology, waste management systems and technology. Plus specific features that safeguard residents and/or users health. Open for Residential and Commercial Projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Nature Integrated Development

Open to residential and commercial developments that are designed and built to integrate with their natural surroundings. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces.
