Best Sustainable Developer

Must have completed at least 2 sustainable developments in Vietnam since 2019. Sustainable developers consistently implement environmentally sensitive design features, use low impact construction materials, and install energy, waste efficient systems. Best Breakthrough Developer

Must have launched first project during or after 2023 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2024. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Lifestyle Developer

Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Commercial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 commercial developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Commercial developments include office and/or retail projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Community Developer

Must have completed at least 2 developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Community Developer should create projects that offer services and facilities that benefit community in and around their residential project. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Hospitality Developer

Must have completed at least 2 hospitality developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Hospitality developments include hotel and resort projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Industrial Developer

Must have completed at least 2 industrial developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Industrial developments include manufacturing and/or logistics sector projects. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Mixed Use Developer

Must have completed at least 2 mixed use developments in Vietnam from 2019 to present. Mixed Use developments should include a minimum of two interconnected components: residential, retail, office, hospitality, medical, entertainment etc. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Luxury Developer

Must have completed at least 3 luxury residential developments (For Housing Development should have an average price per unit over 25,000,000,000 VND. For Condo Development should have an average unit price more than 100,000,000 VND per sqm) in Vietnam since January 2019. Best Smart Home Development

Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Best Landmark Development

Open to residential projects that is unique in their design. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Best Office Development

Open to office building. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Retail Development

Open to retail developments with more than 20,000 GFA. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Hotel Development

Open to hotel developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Resort Development

Open to resort developments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Integrated Resort Development

Open to commercial projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027. General criteria include consistency (flora & outdoor features), proportion, plant variety, innovation, accessibility, segmentation, special transition, ease of maintenance, environmental impact.

Best Co Working Space

Open to Co working space project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027. General criteria include concept, space planning, functionality, communal area design, private area design, colour, texture, finishing, comfort, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact.

Best Township Masterplan Design

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project up to 500 acres of land area. The development masterplan must include land area and usage, infrastucture, residential unit types, retail, educational and medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Mega Township Masterplan Design

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project with over 500 acres of land area. The development masterplan must include land area and usage, infrastucture, residential unit types, retail, educational and medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027.

Best Mixed Use Architectural Design

Open to Mixed Use projects with a minimum of 2 distinct elements including residential, retail, office, hospitality. General criteria include concept, form, shape, use of space, design innovation, longevity, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact. Best F&B Design Concept

Open to F&B design projects including restaurants, cafes, food courts and night clubs. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design

Open to a completed sales gallery of residential or commercial development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2028. General criteria include concept, form, shape, use of space, design innovation, longevity, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact.

The Developer prioritizes sustainable design as a fundamental aspect of its projects, incorporating environmentally responsible practices and materials to minimize the negative environmental impact of construction, operation, and maintenance of buildings and communal areas.

The Developer demonstrates sustainable construction practices through project management, craftsmanship, and innovative construction techniques, minimizing waste, saving energy and applying source reduction strategies.

Energy Efficiency Award
