Best Commercial Developer

Best Hospitality Developer

Best Waterfront Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments which located no further than 1km from a body of water like a lake, river, canal, or ocean and 40% of unit must face water. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2029. Must have a show unit.   

Best Oceanview Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments where 60% of all unit has view of the sea/ocean. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028. Must have a show unit

Best Oceanview Housing/Landed Development

Open to developments with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas where 60% of all unit has view of the sea/ocean. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028. Must have a show unit.

Best Integrated Work From Home Development

Open to a project with shared and own workspace amenity as part of a housing/apartment/condo project that can be used only by residents/tenants. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029. Must have a show unit.   

Best Lifestyle Condo Development

Open to condo developments that offer convenient on-and off-site access to facilities and amenities for residents to enhance their living experience such as health & fitness centres, convenience stores, community activities, dining and nightlife options.The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029. Must have a show unit.  

Best Lifestyle Landed Development

Open to Landed developments that offer convenient on-and off-site access to facilities and amenities for residents to enhance their living experience such as health & fitness centres, convenience stores, community activities, dining and nightlife options. Best Smart Residential Development

Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security.The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2029. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible. 

Best Multigeneration LivingCondo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments. A multi-generational development is designed to accommodate up to 3 or more generations living together under one roof in a Condo development (Grandparents/Parents/Children).
