Work ExperienceSuphin Mechuchep has been working with JLL, a leading global and largest real estate consultancy and services firm in Thailand with approximately 1,600 employees, since 1991. She is responsible for driving key business strategies, including various business units such as sales and leasing agents, building management, and consulting services. With extensive knowledge and understanding of managing different types of assets and real estate, she has continuously expanded the company's business growth.In 2007, she was appointed as the Managing Director of the company, and in 2021, she was appointed as the Chairperson, playing a crucial role in representing clients in conducting large real estate investment transactions.
Chaivut Saengaram Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer, Chuchawal - Royal Haskoning Ltd.
Since 2013, logistics specialist and engineer ChaivutSaengaram has been the chief operating officer of Chuchawal - Royal Haskoning Ltd where he handled such international projects as the Keells distribution center and ice cream factory in Sri Lanka. Educated in Thailand, Germany, Japan and the US, Chaivut previously served as vice-president of Chuchawal-de Weger International Ltd. and chief of engineering section at the Port Authority of Thailand. With Technical Company Limited, he managed such projects as the 120-rai theme park Dream World (Amazing Land) and the Unithai Container Yard Terminal.
Pete C. Thirangoon is a hotel planning and investment consultant having been in the industry for over 10 years. Most of his work involved business development, asset management, and project development planning for mixed-use projects, hotels and resorts covering from economy to upscale and upscale boutique. He has been involved in numerous strategic hospitality planning, hotel operator selection, competitive landscape analysis, design and development management for multiple projects along tourism and economic destinations. From time to time, Pete takes opportunity to help educate new graduates on commercial approach to hospitality planning and design.
Marciano Birjmohun is on the Board of Directors for the Singapore Thai Chamber of Commerce. He is on the forefront of International Project Marketing and Business Development for real estate developers on a regional level. Marciano is often seen in the media as guest speaker and influencer at industry related events. He has been on the Central panel of Judges since 2015.
Nicha Assarattanakul is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, asset repositioning, and project development across Thailand’s office, retail, and mixed-use sectors. She has played a pivotal role in transforming commercial properties, shaping environments that respond to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
Her portfolio spans a wide range of high-impact projects, including workplace transformations, office relocations, and change management initiatives, guiding organizations through complex transitions while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. In the retail and mixed-use space, Nicha has contributed to strategic planning and design development, supporting both private developers and corporate clients.
She currently serves as an Associate Director at Conexus Studio Company Limited, an award-winning design-and-build consultancy recognized for its innovative approach to workplace and commercial environments.
Dr. Phongthon Tharachai

Dr. PhongthonTharachai's is the CEO of PPS Group and Joint Managing Director of PPS One Works. A Chulalongkorn University engineering and law graduate, he also as a master’s from the University of Illinois and obtained his doctorate in engineering from Kyoto University. He joined PPS in 1998 as a civil engineer. Since then he has wide experience in infrastructure projects such as the second stage of the Bangkok Expressway Project as well as the MRT Blue Line. Knowledgeable also in finance and investment, Dr. Phongthon was appointed CEO of PPS Group in 2017.

He is known throughout the Asia-Pacific region for his writing and public speaking, having written for the Bangkok Post, Thailand Property Report, and Tropical Homes Magazine, just to name a few. Clayton Wade also appears as the ‘resident real estate consultant for Thailand’s Property Profile television show. His many accomplishments in promoting Thailand’s real estate industry include having appeared with several of Thailand’s top political and business figures on CNBC’s Managing Asia program.
Originally from the UK, George is a dynamic individual with an educational background and University degree in Business and Marketing. His skillset and analytical approach along with experience in operational management has shown his interest and ability to develop and implement best approach strategies and plans. George has worked in the real estate industry on Koh Samui for a number of years having been involved in property agency, consulting and development sectors and has worked closely with a range of real estate developers and products on all levels including some extremely high-end luxury developments and well recognised brands. He currently owns and operates a professional real estate investment agency (Form Realty Thailand) with a primary focus on providing clients with a well rounded and trustworthy service that supports their specific and individual requirements and needs. She is also Senior Advisor to the board of the Phuket Hotels Association, where she has been the Executive Director since its inception in 2016.
As a seasoned marketing and management professional, she specialises in project and business development. After studying in Malaysia, Sumi obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management & Marketing in the USA.
Sumi spent her formative career in Sydney, Australia working for IDP Education (co-owner of IELTS), a semi-government owned international leader in student recruitment agency where she held roles such as Client Business Manager and Global Brand Manager before being seconded to IDP China where she took over as Senior Manager for Sales and Operations based in Beijing and Shanghai respectively.

Shortlisted developers, sponsors, and partners — comprising of C-level and senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, legal, finance, and architecture and design — will be present at the exclusive gala event, with safety measures in place. Select members of the media will also be present to cover the illustrious night.
