Since 2013, logistics specialist and engineer ChaivutSaengaram has been the chief operating officer of Chuchawal - Royal Haskoning Ltd where he handled such international projects as the Keells distribution center and ice cream factory in Sri Lanka. Educated in Thailand, Germany, Japan and the US, Chaivut previously served as vice-president of Chuchawal-de Weger International Ltd. and chief of engineering section at the Port Authority of Thailand. With Technical Company Limited, he managed such projects as the 120-rai theme park Dream World (Amazing Land) and the Unithai Container Yard Terminal.
Pete C. Thirangoon is a hotel planning and investment consultant having been in the industry for over 10 years. Most of his work involved business development, asset management, and project development planning for mixed-use projects, hotels and resorts covering from economy to upscale and upscale boutique. He has been involved in numerous strategic hospitality planning, hotel operator selection, competitive landscape analysis, design and development management for multiple projects along tourism and economic destinations. From time to time, Pete takes opportunity to help educate new graduates on commercial approach to hospitality planning and design.
Marciano Birjmohun is on the Board of Directors for the Singapore Thai Chamber of Commerce. He is on the forefront of International Project Marketing and Business Development for real estate developers on a regional level. Marciano is often seen in the media as guest speaker and influencer at industry related events. He has been on the Central panel of Judges since 2015.
Nicha Assarattanakul is a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, asset repositioning, and project development across Thailand’s office, retail, and mixed-use sectors. Patrick Keane is an award-winning architect and founder of Enter Projects Asia (EPA), based in Thailand. His work explores the intersection of sustainability, engineering, and traditional craftsmanship, with a focus on hotel public spaces and resort feature environments across Southeast Asia.
Known for transforming arrival sequences and social spaces into immersive architectural experiences, EPA combines natural materials such as rattan and bamboo with advanced construction systems. Paul is the regional head of the real estate practice group and the regional head of the hospitality sector. He has advised individual buyers, developers, and investment groups on real estate investment throughout Southeast Asia with a focus on the industrial and hospitality sectors. Mr. Prabhakorn Vadanyakul currently serves as Co-Founder of Architects 49 Limited (A49) and President of 49 Group, following his tenure as President and Managing Director of A49. With over three decades of experience, he has led a wide range of landmark projects across Thailand and internationally, spanning mixed-use, hospitality, high-rise, and residential developments. In 2020, he was named Thailand’s National Artist in Contemporary Architecture in recognition of his contribution to the profession.
He previously served as President of the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage and currently serves as President of the Architect Council of Thailand. Through his leadership, he continues to support professional standards, ethical practice, and the advancement of architectural quality in Thailand.
Seth is the Managing Director of Mentabuild, a market leading construction consultancy in Bangkok, Thailand. He leads a 130+ strong multidisciplinary team delivering Construction Cost Management (Quantity Surveying), Project & Construction Management and Environmental Advisory services, with over 1,100 projects completed across the region. With more than 24 years of international experience, Seth has built an accomplished track record of projects across Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. He is recognised for combining technical depth in commercial management with strategic project leadership, supporting developers and investors in navigating complex developments with confidence and commercial clarity. Seth currently serves on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Southeast Asia Regional Advisory Board and the Management Committee of the Association of Quantity Surveyors Thailand (AQST). Clayton Wade also appears as the ‘resident real estate consultant for Thailand’s Property Profile television show. His many accomplishments in promoting Thailand’s real estate industry include having appeared with several of Thailand’s top political and business figures on CNBC’s Managing Asia program.
Originally from the UK, George is a dynamic individual with an educational background and University degree in Business and Marketing. His skillset and analytical approach along with experience in operational management has shown his interest and ability to develop and implement best approach strategies and plans. George has worked in the real estate industry on Koh Samui for a number of years having been involved in property agency, consulting and development sectors and has worked closely with a range of real estate developers and products on all levels including some extremely high-end luxury developments and well recognised brands.
