Best Commercial Developer

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028. Eligible projects should be located in the metro Jakarta area (Central, South, West, East, North).

Best Township Development (Greater Jakarta)

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028. Eligible projects should be located in the Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi area.

Best Township Development (Greater Indonesia)

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. Best Mega Township Development

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project with over 500 acres. Best Industrial Estate Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. The design criteria is applied to the full masterplan design and includes aesthetics, variety, accessibility, design innovation, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact.

Best Condo Interior Design

The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. General design criteria include interior themes, colours, textures, finishing, functionality, relevance, innovation, safety, health, ease of maintenance.

Best Housing Interior Design

The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. General design criteria include interior themes, colours, textures, finishing, functionality, relevance, innovation, safety, health, ease of maintenance.

Best Condo Landscape Design

The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. General criteria include consistency (flora & outdoor features), proportion, plant variety, innovation, accessibility, segmentation, special transition, ease of maintenance, environmental impact.

Best Housing Landscape Design

Best Township Masterplan Design

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development plan must include land, residential units, retail, education and medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. General Criteria include dynamic long-term planning document that provides a conceptual layout to guide future growth and development.

Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design

Open to a completed sales gallery of residential or commercial development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028.   General criteria include concept, form, shape, use of space, design innovation, longevity, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact.

Best Townhouse Architectural Design

The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028. General criteria include concept, form, use of space, design innovation, materials selection, longevity, environmental impact.

Special Recognition for Public Facility
