One of highest honours granted by the Asia Property Awards, the PropertyGuru Icon Award celebrates the continued success of former PropertyGuru Real Estate Personality of the Year winners.
The recipient must have received the PropertyGuru Real Estate Personality of the Year award at least three years prior, introduced a new innovation and participated in a successful ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) initiative after winning that title, be newsworthy across the Asia-Pacific region, and pass the screening committee comprising PropertyGuru Property Report editors, the presenters of the award.
