HH Tunku Ali Redhauddin ibni Tuanku Muhriz is the Chairman of Property Guru International (Malaysia) Sendirian Berhad. He is the Independent Chairman of Bumi Armada Berhad, a listed oil and gas services company and a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, a global Private Equity Firm. He sits on the boards of Bangkok Bank Berhad, Themed Attractions, Resorts and Hotels, Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, and Sun Life Malaysia Assurance. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Munarah, Chairman and Founding Trustee of Teach for Malaysia (TFM), Chairman of WWF Malaysia, Royal Patron of Enactus Malaysia Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Governors of Marlborough College Malaysia, and Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. Tunku Ali is also an Honorary Lieutenant Colonel in the Territorial Army of Malaysia. He holds a Masters of Public Administration from the John F Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and a BA (Hons) in History and Social & Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. He was recognised as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum.

He later moved to CBRE (formerly Regroup Associates and now Savills) and subsequently Dijaya Property Management Services (now under Tropicana). He began his own practice in 2002 focusing on real estate transactions. He joined DTZ (now NTL) in January 2011 and has since successfully transacted for Shell, MUI, QSR (KFC), Epf, Kwap, Pnb, E&O among others.

At an early age, Blaine Robert has shown great interest in design and home décor. After graduating from the University in Calgary in 1988, he moved to Tokyo to specialise in freelance design inspired by Japanese architecture and minimalism. After his stint in Japan, Robert eventually established his practice in Kuala Lumpur called Blaine Robert Designs, where he is the creative director. His path to Malaysia took him through several countries in the Asia-Pacific region, where he picked up eclectic design elements and inspiration from the various cultures in which he found himself designing.

He is a Professional Architect based in Kuala Lumpur. He has served on the Board of Architects and Board of Town Planners Malaysia, and as President of Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM). During his PAM presidency, he has curated the inaugural Malaysia Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, and was the Founding Director of Kuala Lumpur Architecture Festival. Boon was the Chair of Green Building Index Accreditation Panel, and continues to serve on the Panel. He is an advocate of design and sustainable development as the key differentiators of Asia’s competitiveness, and has spoken widely on these subjects.

He incorporated Anuar Aziz Architect in 2000; subsequently forming Arte Axis Design Group into an award winning boutique multidisciplinary design practice specialising in sustainable build environment. Choosing intellectual approach to architecture, he innovate the build form creatively and contextually. Environmental solution is experimented through green design principles while salutogenic design solutions are sensitively incorporated. This approach coupled with active collaboration with Clients, consultants and specialists ensure ‘design excellence’ well expressed through a variety of original, innovative and ‘out of the box’ design solution.

Mustapha Kamal, an Auckland University alumni from the New Zealand has been practicing architecture for the past 27 years and is a Fellow member of Malaysia Institute of Architects (PAM) and had served 6 terms as PAM Council Member 1997-2000 and 2014 till 2017. He still sits in various PAM Committees. He was also a devoted Rotarian. He is currently the committee member in the Urban wellbeing, Sustainability, Housing and Environmental Resilience (USHER) of PAM. He is also heading the task force in the PAM Strategic Plan 2030 on Architecture: Cities Now and Future. His area of expertise is Urban Resilience. Apart from this he also Co-Chairs the Media and Publications of PAM. His was the Convener of the PAM Roundtable Discussion with Archinesia and the members of the publications communities during the 2016 Kuala Lumpur Architectural Festival that deals with Future Communities where the Mayor of Bandung, Pak Ridwan Kamil was the guest speaker. He is now the Curator for the yearly event of the Housing and Urbanity 2017 organised by PAM which entitled How New Urban Agenda will fulfil the Sustainable Communities goals.

Value Engineering Design over the last 29 years are Prof. Dr Rolf Katzenbach from
Germany, Prof. Dr Harry Poulos from Australia and the late Prof. Dr Jerry Shaw from UK.
Ir Dr Zulhkiple also worked in collaboration with consulting Engineers and academic
institutions from the UK, US, Italy, Australia and Germany to develop more cost effective foundation and structural engineering designs.

TIA POH LOONG had been educated in Singapore. He studied in Woodlands Secondary and went on to do his A-levels at St. Andrews Junior College. He pursued his law degree in United Kingdom and graduated from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Bachelor of Laws. He was called “Malaysian Bar” in 2001 after he achieved the Bar Vocation course (BVC) in Newcastle. In 2003, he joined Messrs Tia & Noordin and successfully incorporated systematic, computerized systems into the firms’ conveyancing practice. He has become a partner of this firm in 2013 and ventured into Pharmacy, Transport logistics, Food and Beverages, Petrol Stations and Property Development respectively.
