As the Managing Director for CBRE Vietnam with total staff of over 940 professionals, Hang oversees all CBRE Vietnam business activities as a strategic advisor to investors, occupiers and developers across the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
Hang will service the real estate property requirements of the many multi-national corporations with a presence in Vietnam as well as local developers and investors.
In the last 29 years, Hang has been in various leadership positions in real estate firms. She spent nearly 3 years in Vingroup, one of Vietnam’s leading real estate developers where she was Chairwoman of Vincom Office and Deputy Managing Director of Vincom Retails directly responsible for driving the sales revenue of the companies. Hang began her real estate career in Richard Ellis handling research, consultancy and brokerage and later took on the Managing Directorship at Cushman & Wakefield’s Vietnam operations. As a member of management team, Hang had joined Cushman & Wakefield from day one and built the company to become one of the leading real estate service providers in Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen has over 25 years of international executive accounting, finance and investments experience having worked in Canada, the United States and Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies.
Mr. Nguyen graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree, Co-operative Program, Chartered Accountancy Studies in 1995 in University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Nguyen has both Canadian CPA and Vietnam CPA professional designations.
Mr. Nguyen started his career working for Big 4 accounting firms for 12 years in Canada, USA and Vietnam. Mr. Nguyen then held successive senior finance executive roles at a large publicly listed real estate company in Canada, a high-tech health care company in Canada, after which he returned to Vietnam in 2012 to join one of the biggest investment firms in the country as a Fund CFO.
Prior to joining Talentnet, Mr. Nguyen was a Partner and Head of Business Development for an international accounting firm and before that, Mr. Nguyen was the Managing Director and Country Head at a leading global business process outsourcing firm. Mr. Nguyen was responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Vietnamese operations (including offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi).
Sandra is a co-founder Furtado Sullivan, an architecture studio based in Sydney. Born and educated in Portugal, Sandra later lived and worked in Italy, The Netherlands, Cape Verde and China before settling in Australia. There, she has been intrinsically involved in notable large-scale projects working for and in collaboration with known international practices including Goncalo Byrne Architects, RSHP, Kengo Kuma and Associates studio in Japan and David Chipperfield Architects in the UK.Since founding her studio, she has been working on several mixed-use precincts in Australia, championing environmental and systems thinking in her design approach.
Steven is the founder and CEO of one of Sydney’s most highly recognizable property advisory group, Valorton group. Capitalising on his years of experiences on property and cross boarder investment, he advises international clients on site acquisitions, planning strategies, structured financing, and project delivery.
Prior to the formation of Valorton Group, he was the CEO of Longton Property Group where he led the business to deliver high quality residential projects, with emphasis on sustainable building designs and smart home technologies. In his part time, he has been teaching Property Finance at University of Technology Sydney.

Eunice holds a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Tongji University, as well as a Master of Science in Conservation degree and a phD degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Prior to starting Vitamin B, she was the Country Manager for Addison Design Consultants, the firm responsible for global brands such as Jollibee, China Airlines, Citibank, and Shell. Peter Robinson is of British origin and has been practising as a professional quantity surveyor for 55 years, of which 45 have been passed overseas, in the Arabian Gulf, in Hong Kong and in Indonesia. Peter first arrived in Indonesia in 1988 joining PT. Rislianto (the Indonesian office of Langdon, Every and Seah) and has since worked on some of the most prominent buildings in Indonesia.
Peter became a director of PT. Davis Langdon & Seah Indonesia in 1994, and has stayed with the company ever since, being country head after its purchase by Arcadis NV in 2012.
After the withdrawal of Arcadis NV. from Indonesia at the end of 2019, Peter became president director of its successor company PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia.

Dr. Suhardi Maulan is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Dr. Suhardi teaches subjects related to history and theory of design, landscape architecture as well as quantitative data analysis. This generation architect, Serina Hijjas is one of the creative directors at HIJJAS architects & planners and is known for changing the building landscape of architecture through buildings that are responsive, energy conscious + bold. Her formative years exposed her to energy efficiency and sustainable design and have culminated in projects like the Heriot Watt University ‘green campus’, Celcom Tower ‘interconnective offices’ and EPIC waste training center. Noraida is also strongly passionate in the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, and has vast experience in preparing conservation management plan for numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Malaysia.
