David Granger brings with him decades of experience in management and sales as IPS Cambodia’s Branch Manager for it’s Siem Reap office. David’s background includes development and providing services for large-scale plantations in Southeast Asia. This helped him earn invaluable experience from farming operations to the commercial estate.
Since joining IPS in 2017, David Granger focused on residential sales, property management, and business development. He has guided the development and advancement of the IPS Siem Reap team. David had always prided himself on his passionate drive to grow Siem Reap’s real estate scene. He is dedicated to providing helpful property ownership advisory to foreign and local investors alike.
David holds an Advanced Certification of Commerce from Albury College and several Certifications in Business Communication in Australia. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and playing golf. Architect Haysom specializes in resorts and hospitality projects. He has served as both Queensland Chapter President as well as National President of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. His Brisbane-based practice has won numerous design awards and he received the Centenary Medal for services to architecture in 2003. In 2014 he was appointed City Architect for the City of the Gold Coast. He was also a member of the Australian delegation to the APEC negotiations on international trade in architectural services. Currently the general director of Mode Haysom Architects in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Douglas Snyder is Executive Director of the Vietnam Green Building Council. With over 25 years’ sustainable development experience, Douglas has worked on public, institutional, industrial, educational, hospitality, health, commercial, and residential development projects in the US and SE Asia. Douglas was Deputy Director of Sustainable Design for ARDOR Architects (2016-2021), green building expert (2014) in USAID’s Vietnam Clean Energy Project, and founder of his own US green building firm (2004-2016). Other past project partners include the World Bank, UNDP, DFAT, and Vietnam government ministries. Douglas has his M.S., Organizational Management, SIT Graduate Institute and B.S., Environmental Studies, State University of New York.

Prof. Roy Ling is the CEO & Founder of FollowTrade. Concurrently, he is also an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the SKEMA Business School, an Academic Program Director at SMU Academy and an Independent Board Director on several listed companies in Asia.

LAr. Dr Nor Atiah Ismail is an Associate Professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She graduated with Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (1996), a Master of Science in Architecture (2001-2002) from the same university and obtained her PhD in Landscape Architecture from Lincoln University, Canterbury, New Zealand (2007-2010). Dr Atiah was a landscape architecture consultant before joining UPM as an academician in 1999. She was the Head of the Landscape Architecture Department, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2011-2014.
Sr Haji Ishak bin Ismail is the Founder and Managing Director of IM Global Property Consultants Sdn Bhd. He has been in real estate practice since 1991. In 2015, he has been accredited as an International Certified Valuation Specialist or Business Valuer by the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA). He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2006. He has more than 28 years of experience in consultancy services including valuation, estate agency, project management, auction and property training. He has received an excellent award and the Property Manager of the Year from the BOVAEP. Sr Haji Ishak is also President of Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM) and Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM). He is also a Fellow member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), PEPS, and as well as the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).
David Jackson has practiced Commercial Real Estate for 20 years and been operating in South East Asia since 2008. He is currently the Principal and CEO of Avison Young Vietnam, managing the company’s operational aspects along with setting the strategic vision and goals. He has expertise in managing business, capital markets, transactional management, and valuations and advisory.
David has an MSc in Surveying; is a Fellow of RICS; a Member of SIOR and a Certified Member of BIFM. He is a keen advocate for technology and sustainable building practices, as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Andras is founder and director of the Hanoi based project and construction management firm, ASTRA Construction Consultancy. He has more than 20 years expertise in the project management field, from which 13 years in Vietnam. His practice has overseen numerous hospitality and housing projects throughout Vietnam as project director and construction manager.
With focus on the final built quality of the projects Andras consults Investors and operators from early on, throughout project conceptualization, design and procurement phases as these phases have a substantial determining effect on the resulting built quality.

Ir. Prof. Dr Norlida Buniyamin is currently a President of the
Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) for session 2022/2023
and 2023/2024 and a Professor in Electrical Engineering, of the
Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She obtained her Bachelor
of Engineering (Hons.) (Electrical and Electronic) from the
University of Adelaide, Australia in 1985. She later received her
Master of Science in Industrial Control Systems from the
University of Salford, UK in 1993, before being conferred a
Doctorate in Total Technology by the then University of
Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST, now
the University of Manchester), UK in 2004.
Dilip is a French Architect and Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Architecture
and design management of large-scale buildings including residential, mixed-use, office, hotel,
resort and factories.
He has working experiences in International projects in various countries such as Cambodia, France, Vietnam, Indonesia, India & Bangladesh.
As the Managing Director for CBRE Vietnam with total staff of over 940 professionals, Hang oversees all CBRE Vietnam business activities as a strategic advisor to investors, occupiers and developers across the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
Hang will service the real estate property requirements of the many multi-national corporations with a presence in Vietnam as well as local developers and investors.
In the last 29 years, Hang has been in various leadership positions in real estate firms. She spent nearly 3 years in Vingroup, one of Vietnam’s leading real estate developers where she was Chairwoman of Vincom Office and Deputy Managing Director of Vincom Retails directly responsible for driving the sales revenue of the companies. Hang began her real estate career in Richard Ellis handling research, consultancy and brokerage and later took on the Managing Directorship at Cushman & Wakefield’s Vietnam operations. As a member of management team, Hang had joined Cushman & Wakefield from day one and built the company to become one of the leading real estate service providers in Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen has over 25 years of international executive accounting, finance and investments experience having worked in Canada, the United States and Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies.
Mr. Nguyen graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree, Co-operative Program, Chartered Accountancy Studies in 1995 in University of Waterloo, Canada. Mr. Nguyen has both Canadian CPA and Vietnam CPA professional designations.

Sandra is a co-founder Furtado Sullivan, an architecture studio based in Sydney. Born and educated in Portugal, Sandra later lived and worked in Italy, The Netherlands, Cape Verde and China before settling in Australia. There, she has been intrinsically involved in notable large-scale projects working for and in collaboration with known international practices including Goncalo Byrne Architects, RSHP, Kengo Kuma and Associates studio in Japan and David Chipperfield Architects in the UK. Since founding her studio, she has been working on several mixed-use precincts in Australia, championing environmental and systems thinking in her design approach.
Steven is the founder and CEO of one of Sydney’s most highly recognizable property advisory group, Valorton group. Capitalising on his years of experiences on property and cross boarder investment, he advises international clients on site acquisitions, planning strategies, structured financing, and project delivery.

With more than 20 years of experience in design consulting and property development & management, Dr. Eunice Wu has worked on a wide range of project typologies, including commercial complexes, healthcare facilities, exhibition projects, residences and urban renewal in mainland China, Hong Kong, and abroad. Projects planned and steered by her have won many well-known awards at home and abroad.
