Minoru has been in the condominium development business in Niseko since 2003 and
has contributed his experience to the development of the resort area for 20 years.
He is also a member of the tourism association, business association, and maintains a good relationship with the local community in the real estate and consulting business helping to bridge the gap between Japanese and international business.
