The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards launch the People’s Choice Awards for 11th edition

All-new awards empower consumers to distinguish Vietnam’s finest real estate developers

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards programme enters a new decade of recognising achievements in real estate with the launch of its very own People’s Choice Awards.

As one of the highlights of its 11th edition, the first-ever People’s Choice Awards in Vietnam honour the country’s finest real estate developers as determined by property seekers.

The People’s Choice Awards will debut as part of the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards’ black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony in October 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Residents and citizens of Vietnam will be eligible to cast their votes online by September. Key dates for the 2025 edition are:

• 22 September – 3 October 2025 – People’s Choice Awards voting period
• 24 October 2025 – Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City
• 12 December 2025 – Regional Grand Final Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation in Bangkok, Thailand

The People’s Choice Awards are open to voting from 22 September 2025 (00:00 Indochina Time) until 3 October 2025 (23:59 Indochina Time). Voters choose from developers distinguished according to project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction.

The balloting process will be verified and audited by third-party supervisor HLB International Real Estate Group, the global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers dubbed as the “2024 Network of the Year.”

Consumer empowerment

Empowering consumers to vote for the top companies in Vietnam, the all-new awards build on the success of the People’s Choice Awards previously introduced in Malaysia and Thailand.

Meanwhile, a panel of expert judges inspects and evaluates entries across the competitive categories of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Awards. As the official supervisor of the awards, HLB also upholds the fairness, transparency, and credibility of this selection process.

This year’s Awards in Vietnam have expanded to include not only the inaugural People’s Choice Awards but also new categories reflecting the fast-changing dynamics of the market.

The enhanced categories follow the successful milestone 10th edition of the Awards in 2024, which recognised the finest Developers of the Decade alongside outstanding achievers of the year.

Celebrating a historic edition

The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards are part of the broader PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, organised by PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company.

Established in 2005, the series celebrates its historic 20th edition this year. From its home in Thailand, the series has expanded to include markets such as the Middle East, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Australia, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam.

Winners of the Vietnam awards may qualify to compete for the Best in Asia titles at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in December 2025.
