The 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon concludes with wide industry support

Distinguished media outlets and partners help celebrate premier real estate achievements across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Japan

Leading developers and designers convened in Bangkok on 12 December for the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon, honouring the premier real estate achievements across East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.

Held at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, the anticipated occasion celebrated the latest PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards winners from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, the Middle East, and Japan.

Organisers of the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon wish to extend their gratitude to official partner Anjuke, the online real estate marketplace serving over 40,000 real estate agents and 10 million unique visitors a month across China.

The organisers are also grateful for the diverse roster of press agencies and outlets spreading the word about the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, led by official publicity partner Molihua Media Group (MMG) and media partners Bridges, China Daily, China.com, Japan Today, Japan-Property.jp, Mingtiandi, Powderlife, Real Estate Japan, and The Standard.
