The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards return to South Asia with shortlist of nominees for 2024

Outstanding companies and projects from India and Sri Lanka will be recognised in ceremonies ahead of highly anticipated Grand Final

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today officially unveiled the shortlist of companies nominated for its real estate awards in South Asia.

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India) and PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) return in 2024 for their fifth editions, recognising excellence in development and design from South Asia’s most dynamic property markets. The awards will showcase outstanding companies during an exclusive luncheon and ceremony on Friday, 13 December 2024 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

The shortlist of nominated companies from India and Sri Lanka consists of Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd; Signature Global (India) Limited; and Suryam Developers LLP. These exemplary companies represent a fine crop of nominated projects such as By the Waters by Suryam Developers LLP; Oceana Beach Resort Apartments & Villas – Wadduwa; Signature Global Titanium SPR; and Waterdale Residencies, bordering Colombo 7.

Ajai A Kapoor, CEO of 360 degrees – Real Estate Services, and Madhav Raman, co-founder of Anagram Architects, lead the independent panel of judges in India while Dr. Nirmal De Silva, director and CEO of Paramount Realty, leads the judges in Sri Lanka.

Winners will be eligible to compete in the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, bringing together Asia’s finest real estate companies at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on 13 December 2024.
