Soon Su Lin honoured as Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year
The Frasers Property Singapore CEO was recognised for her decades of leadership and placemaking across Singapore and beyond

Soon Su Lin has received the golden statuette for Real Estate Personality of the Year at the 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore).
The black-tie gala, held Friday at Andaz Singapore, celebrated the distinguished chief executive officer of Frasers Property Singapore for decades of achievement that left a tangible, positive impact on major Southeast Asian metropolises, including the Garden City. She was personally selected for the award by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru.
“I am honoured to receive this recognition, which reflects the commitment and shared journey of our team at Frasers Property Singapore,” she says in a statement.
A dedicated placemaker, Soon Su Lin is elevating the quality of urban life in Singapore through Frasers’ integrated precincts, mixed-use developments, prime suburban malls, flexible commercial spaces, and more. In addition to these vibrant hubs for the community, she is building on Frasers Property Singapore’s formidable legacy of having delivered over 23,000 homes across the country.
At the gala, Frasers Property Singapore itself was awarded Best Lifestyle Developer, alongside a win for Sky Eden@Bedok. Parc Greenwich, the company’s joint venture with CSC Land Group (Singapore), was also a winner.

As former chief executive of development for Frasers Property in Thailand, she led the team behind monumental projects such as The PARQ and One Bangkok, the country’s first to receive the LEED for Neighbourhood Development Platinum certification.
A respected voice in urban planning, Soon Su Lin continues to contribute to the industry through roles on the Urban Land Institute’s Integrated Development Council, the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s Design Advisory Committee, and the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore.
Soon Su Lin truly exemplifies Frasers’ push to deliver inspiring experiences and creating places for good. “We remain dedicated to developing properties that are inspiring, sustainable, and inclusive—spaces where people can work, live, and play, enriched by a better quality of life,” she says.
