Dr Keow is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of the Built Environment within the College of Design and Engineering in the National University of Singapore. Having more than 30 years of industry and teaching experience in the fields of construction, facilities management, and information technologies (IT) and systems. He had previously served in several major local organizations such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Housing & Development Board (HDB), and the Ministry of Finance. He is also a Fellow with the Singapore Institute of Building Ltd.
Jackson is a highly experienced architect with nearly 20 years of expertise across diverse sectors, including education, sports, transport, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and multi-residential projects.His work includes RAAFA’s Cirrus Apartments and Clubhouse, which was a finalist in the 2023 Property Council of Australia (PCA) National Retirement Living Awards, and Rosewood Aged Care in West Perth, which won the UDIA WA 2022 Seniors Living Development of the Year and subsequently received the UDIA National Award for Excellence in Seniors Living the following year. Jackson has contributed to industry discourse as a keynote speaker at the PCA Future of Residential Conference in 2022 and as a presenter on Build-to-Rent for the PCA Academy Course in the same year. He currently serves as a member of several Local Authority Design Review Panels and has recently been elected to the PCA Retail and Hotels Committee. Previously, he was a member of the PCA Residential Committee. In addition to his professional practice, Jackson has been a sessional tutor and thesis supervisor at the Curtin School of Design and the Built Environment for the past five years, a role he continues to hold.

Ar. Ivy Koh, Dy. COO of SJ architecture, at Surbana Jurong Pte Ltd, one of the largest Asia-based global urban and infrastructure consultancies.
With 15 years of architectural experience and a member of Board of Architects, she has been involved in a myriad of projects of various scales from Urban Planning, private residential, industrial to mixed-use developments. Ivy has also been serving as a Council Member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) since 2022.
Driven by a passion for design and the built environment, Ivy’s design sensibilities have largely been shaped by her years of practicing in Singapore for one of the largest architectural practices in Asia, as well as a developer’s in-house design manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In the pursuit of humanistic and sustainable design, she is interested in how architecture can shape the way people use spaces, influence people’s behaviour and providing opportunities for chance encounters, discoveries and surprises.
Ivy recently led the completion of SJ Campus, in collaboration with Safdie Architects. Apart from that, she is also the lead Architect for Temasek Shophouse which was awarded the URA Conservation Heritage Award 2019, shortlisted for the President Design Awards 2021 and exhibited at the Venice Architectural Biennale 2020. During the pandemic, she has also led the design and completion of Connect@Changi, a world’s first business exchange facility in 14 weeks.

David Granger brings with him decades of experience in management and sales as IPS Cambodia’s Branch Director for it’s Siem Reap office. Douglas Lee Snyder is Executive Director of the Vietnam Green Building Council. With over 25 years’ sustainable development experience, Douglas has worked on public, institutional, industrial, educational, hospitality, health, commercial, and residential development projects in the US and SE Asia. Douglas was Deputy Director of Sustainable Design for ARDOR Architects (2016-2021), green building expert (2014) in USAID’s Vietnam Clean Energy Project, and founder of his own US green building firm (2004-2016). Other past project partners include the World Bank, UNDP, ADB and Vietnam government ministries. LAr. Dr Nor Atiah Ismail is an Associate Professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She graduated with Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (1996), a Master of Science in Architecture (2001-2002) from the same university and obtained her PhD in Landscape Architecture from Lincoln University, Canterbury, New Zealand (2007-2010). Dr Atiah was a landscape architecture consultant before joining UPM as an academician in 1999. She was the Head of the Landscape Architecture Department, Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia from 2011-2014.
Sr Haji Ishak bin Ismail is the Founder and Managing Director of IM Global Property Consultants Sdn Bhd. He has been in real estate practice since 1991. In 2015, he has been accredited as an International Certified Valuation Specialist or Business Valuer by the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA). He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2006. He has more than 28 years of experience in consultancy services including valuation, estate agency, project management, auction and property training. He has received an excellent award and the Property Manager of the Year from the BOVAEP. Sr Haji Ishak is also President of Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM) and Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM). David Jackson has practiced Commercial Real Estate for 20 years and been operating in South East Asia since 2008. He is also a pioneer in charity donations to Hope School, a school for disabled children.
Andras is founder and director of the Hanoi based project and construction management firm, ASTRA Construction Consultancy. He has more than 20 years expertise in the project management field, from which 13 years in Vietnam. His practice has overseen numerous hospitality and housing projects throughout Vietnam as project director and construction manager.
With focus on the final built quality of the projects Andras consults Investors and operators from early on, throughout project conceptualization, design and procurement phases as these phases have a substantial determining effect on the resulting built quality.
Andras has been a judge on the Property Awards panel continuously since 2016.
