Avenue South Residence is a project by UOL Group. Other principal owners of the project are United Industrial Corporation (UIC), as well as Kheng Leong Company (KLC). Avenue south condo has been in the process of development for 99 years. Being a leasehold, it is situated at Silat Avenue in Singapore. The development consists of two 56-storey high-rise towers covering a massive 245,972 square feet area for residents.
At PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2019, the Avenue South Residence had been announced as the winner of ‘Best Condo Interior Design’ award, along with three other highly-commended trophies. The judges panel stated that:
“Avenue South Residence by UOL Group, Kheng Leong Company, and UIC cleverly offers a palette of interior finishes and materials for different lifestyles and tastes; whites and greys define the contemporary Peak Collection, with soft beiges and hardwood flooring, and pastel tones and heritage window detailing at the nostalgic Heritage Collection.”
