An exclusive roster of nominees has been named to the 3rd Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia), setting apart the continent’s finest property developments with cross-border appeal to Asia-Pacific investors.
The Australian edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s most exclusive and prestigious real estate awards programme, will be held as a virtual gala event and awards ceremony airing on Friday, 4 December 2020 via AsiaPropertyAwards.com and partner channels, including YouTube and Facebook. It will precede the virtual gala edition of the 15th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
Around 10 projects and six companies have been distinguished to receive the real estate industry’s ultimate marks of excellence at the 3rd PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia).

The 2020 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) will be presenting several accolades for the first time, including the award for Best Boutique Developer, to an outstanding mix of developers, architects and designers across the continent. Nominees include Balfour Group; DW Architects and Interiors; Thirdi Group (along with Phoenix Property Investors); and TrueVine Global Pty Ltd. Weston Property Developments, winner of the Best Villa Development (Western Australia) title in last year’s awards, also returns this year to the shortlist of nominees.
Nominated projects to the awards comprise top-quality apartment, townhouse and housing developments spanning New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia. They include: 15 Thomas St, Hampton by DW Architects and Interiors; 227 – 229 Cecil St, South Melbourne by DW Architects and Interiors; Dublin by DW Architects and Interiors; Kurraba Residences by Thirdi Group & Phoenix Property Investors; Mount Street Residences by Thirdi Group; Paragon of Pyrmont by Thirdi Group; Corinthian Living Riverton by Weston Property Developments; One Adams Street South Yarra 3141 by Balfour Group; and TrueVine Corfield by TrueVine Global Pty Ltd.
Two of these projects will receive the coveted titles of Best Apartment Development (Australia) and Best Housing Development (Australia).
