What struck me most among this year’s winners was a shared design intelligence: sensitivity to context and climate, thoughtful handling of landscape and light, and a commitment to sustainability that goes beyond token gestures. From the elegant restraint of landed homes to the confident lines of high-rise towers, these projects show that Malaysian design has matured into something both internationally credible and distinctly our own. And with quality consistent across every tier, good design is not a privilege of the few but a standard we can deliver for all. On behalf of the judging panel, I congratulate every winner for raising the bar for Malaysian real estate.”

Jules Kay, managing director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said: “This year’s awardees share a commitment to thoughtful placemaking, sustainable design, and creating developments that enhance the way people live, work, and connect. From transformative township masterplans to beautifully crafted landed homes, this year’s winners show that excellence equals lasting value for communities. We are proud to celebrate developers that deliver value and quality to homebuyers. We also celebrate the individual leaders whose passion and foresight continue to inspire the industry. Together, these achievements set a benchmark for Malaysian real estate.”
