Since the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme was established 17 years ago, the series has honoured the achievements and initiatives of the real estate industry across the region. 

In Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau where we hosted our gala celebration for nine years, the most innovative developers and designers, as well as their iconic portfolio have been rewarded for actively and consistently setting the Gold Standard in real estate. 

Year after year, these leading players challenge each other to continue to raise the bar and aid in the improvement of the region’s built environment, ensuring that users’ needs are met, and their carbon footprint is minima. 

With such a tight competition, we have sought the assistance of an independent judging panel, who are highly respected in their own fields, to conduct a thorough assessment of the candidates.
