The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme has been promoting and rewarding the most innovative developers, developments, and designs in the region for nearly a couple of decades now.
As with all our markets, the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, now in its 8th year, has grown to serve as a trusted guide for global investors and property seekers throughout major financial decisions.
Yet, the confidence in our brand throughout these years wouldn’t have been possible without our independent panel who consistently devote their time and expertise to judging our awards programme.

General real estate knowhow
Having dedicated her career to the sector for more than 23 years, Vivin Harsanto is now the senior director and head of advisory at JLL Indonesia. The firm acquires, develops, occupies, and invests in an array of assets, including residential, commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial real estate. She is also the newly-elected Chairperson of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2022 judging panel.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry under his belt, Bagus Adikusumo serves as the senior director of office services at PT. Colliers International Indonesia, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company that operates in 62 countries around the globe.
Djinadi Gunawan is the managing director at PT Meinhardt Indonesia, a multidisciplinary and fully integrated engineering and project management consulting business. He has been successfully supervising clients’ projects, from planning to completion for more than 30 years now.
Throughout his two-plus decades of career, Hendra Hartono has worked on over 500 real estate dealings worth more than USD2 billion. Now, he continues his legacy as the chief executive officer of property consultancy services firm PT. Leads Property Services Indonesia.
Peter Robinson has been a professional quantity surveyor for 55 years now. His vast expertise in the field has landed him the president director title at consultancy firm PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia, as well as a respected Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in London.
Design prowess
Alex Bayusaputro, the founder and managing partner, as well as creative director Indonesia and Singapore of interior architecture firm Genius Loci, has been a leading name in the field of interior and architecture for the past 30 years and counting.
PDW Architects’ Co-founder and Design Director M. Archica Danisworo has been leading his team’s ventures locally and abroad, from China and Vietnam to Oman and Dubai. On the side, he is a panel member of the Indonesia Institute of Architects, overseeing the Professional Practice Division.
As managing director, Doddy A. Tjahjadi runs and manages masterplanning, architecture, and interior design firm PTI Architects. Under his leadership, the company has consistently been included in the Top 10 architects in Indonesia ranking since 2005.
Under Lina Gan’s supervision as founder and editor-in-chief, globally award-winning design lifestyle magazine Indonesia Design is celebrating 18 years of publication this year. Her background has enabled her to work with luxury brands, 5-star hotels, airlines, foreign ambassadors, and of course leading developers and designers.
Legal expertise
Cornel B. Juniarto brings forth a unique perspective to the judging panel as a corporate lawyer with 20 years of background experience in commercial and corporate disputes. He is currently a senior partner at Hermawan Juniarto & Partners, a member of Deloitte Legal Network with offices in 80 countries.
