The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards is back for its eighth year. The in-person black-tie gala was held at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta on 11 November 2022. Registration started at 18:00 (UTC +7).
Shortlisted candidates were joined by select members of the independent judging panel, sponsors, partners, and members of the media for a night to remember — to celebrate the best in their respective categories.
Red Carpet commenced at 18:45, with the gala and awards presentation starting at 20:00, revealing which designers and developers won the most prestigious titles of the event.
The 8th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards is the fifth event in the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series, which culminates with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022.
Shortlisted nominees competed in 52 categories, with Sinar Mas Land and Agung Sedayu Group leading the nominations. Other top nominees include PT Putragaya Wahana, a member of Galeon Group, with four nominations, and Triniti Land, also with four nominations.
Setyono Djuandi Darmono, president commissioner and co-founder of Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk, nabbed the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award.
Winners of the 8th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards were eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
