Sustainability, design, and community-building define excellence at the 12th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards

Nearly 80 titles recognise outstanding developers, including the third ‘Best Developer’ win for Gamuda Land VN

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam – The 12th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards celebrated the country’s finest developers, developments, and designs across nearly 80 categories during a gala celebration at the Gem Centre in HCMC, with Gamuda Land VN winning top accolade, Best Developer, for the third time in awards history.

Drawing entries from categories as diverse as mega townships, industrial parks, condominiums, housing, and commercial spaces, the 2026 PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards encapsulated the progress, growth, and transparency of Vietnam’s built environment. Reflecting the market’s widening reach, this year’s programme also recognised developments tailored to first-home buyers, young lifestyles, and multigenerational living, underscoring how Vietnam’s property sector is now designing for every stage of life.

Gamuda Land VN’s third Best Developer title is accompanied by recognition for Best Condo Developer and Sustainable Township Developer, alongside winning projects Central Park, Norton, and eNesta.

VSIP JV earned Best Integrated Developer, alongside winning project SunCasa Villa. SJ Group was named Best Township Developer, supported by winning project Vista Nam An Khanh.

Keppel Vietnam was named Best Luxury Developer. Keppel Vietnam & Khang Dien jointly won for Gladia Heights) while Keppel Vietnam, Phu Long Real Estate Corporation & Nomura Real Estate Vietnam jointly won for Celesta Gold.

Phu Cuong Group took Best Multi Sector Developer, alongside wins for the projects Phu Cuong Phu Quy and Riverton. IMG Investment JSC claimed Best Industrial Developer, supported by wins for Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and Port by IMG Phuoc Dong JSC. An Thinh Group Joint Stock Company secured Best Housing Developer, plus wins for the project Legacy Nexus, which earned the coveted Best Housing Development (Vietnam) title.

CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) was named Best Sustainable Developer and Social Impact Champion. CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), in joint venture with Far East Organization, won for The Fullton Regal, while CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), in joint venture with Nomura Real Estate Vietnam and Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam, won for Maison Privée. CapitaLand Development (Vietnam), in joint venture with UOA Group, also won for Orchard Collection.

Dicera Holdings was named Best Lifestyle Developer, alongside a win for The Collection 688. Entiz Investment JSC took Best Community Developer, with project Entiz The Fusion winning multiple titles. Le Phong earned Best Affordable Residential Developer, alongside winning project The Emerald Boulevard.

SkyWorld Vietnam was named Best Transnational Developer and also won for SkySOLIS. Nomura Real Estate Vietnam (NREV) took Best International Partner Developer, with The Tropic and Isla Bella – Vinhomes Royal Island also winning multiple titles. OSI Holdings Joint Stock Company won Best Boutique Developer, with Hanoi ParkCentric winning multiple titles. OBC Holdings was named Best Breakthrough Developer and also won for A&K Tower. UOA Group received Sustainable Commercial Developer, with the projects UOA Parc Tower, Komune at UOA Parc Tower, and UOA Parc Tower also winning.

The 2026 PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards also celebrated the achievements of Nguyen Tan Danh, chairman of Filmore Real Estate Development Corporation, as the Rising Star recipient, the sole individual honour of the evening.

The independent judging panel is led by returning chairperson Thien Duong, general director of GroupGSA Vietnam, and includes Chau Ta, managing director and head of legal – transactions at SC Capital Partners; David Jackson, principal and CEO of Avison Young Vietnam; Freek Jansen, branch manager SEA at Dewan Architects and Engineers; Hang Dang, managing director of CBRE Vietnam; Jack Nguyen, Vietnam CEO of InCorp Vietnam; Jean-Francois Chevance, group director of hospitality and design at Archetype Group; and Mauro Gasparotti, senior director and head of Southeast Asia at Savills Hotels.

The Hanoi panel includes Andras Germ, general manager of Astra; Douglas Lee Snyder, executive director of the Vietnam Green Building Council; Nguyen Hoai An, senior director – Hanoi branch of CBRE Vietnam; and Tran Quynh Trang, director of Sapphire Indochina. Peter Frieske, founder and managing director of CVR: Central Vietnam Realty and LuxuryPropertyDanang, represents the Danang panel.

The judging process was independently supervised by HLB, the global network of independent advisory and accounting firms, to ensure credibility, fairness, and transparency.

Developers are clearly no longer competing on scale alone, but on environmental responsibility, liveability, and long-term performance. This year’s awardees are tech-savvy, environmentally conscious, and genuinely people-focused, and together you have set a new benchmark for Vietnamese real estate.
