Bangkok, Thailand — 02 December 2021
On Tuesday, 7 December from 17:30 (GMT +8), the brilliant minds behind the most extraordinary developments and designs across the Chinese territories will gather to compete at the annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau).
These industry players have demonstrated their grit and determination during such a time when it is in dire need, particularly in the heavily-affected real estate sector. They have shown that no matter the challenges, they will continue to pursue excellence in their developments and designs.
Through our prestigious programme, we are proud to recognise their achievements through our design, development, and developer accolades. Special honours will also be presented to household brands and suppliers for their valuable contributions to the sector.
To find out which developers, designers, and brands will take home the biggest awards of the night, the programme will be streaming across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/, and on our official Facebook and YouTube accounts, where audiences — including potential stakeholders — from Asia Pacific and beyond will get to feast their eyes on the best of the best within these Chinese territories.
Throughout the production of this virtual gala, all parties involved followed the strict protocols enforced by the local governments and the World Health Organisation, ensuring health and safety is always top of mind.
The event will begin with a “Virtual Red Carpet”, where viewers will get to watch video presentations prepared by our ESG and charity partners and our official supervisor HLB. They will also be hearing from our independent judging panel, the chief business officer of PropertyGuru group, and your host for the evening, the managing director of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards & Events.
Winners and Highly Commended awardees of the night will be accepting their honours via remote video, where they will get to showcase their achievements on a global scale through our innovative virtual platform.
Our official Awards website will also have an interactive live chat feature where viewers can congratulate and connect with our top developers.
