Since the start of the outbreak, Singapore was among the most resilient countries to curb the rate of infections until the past few months. Yet despite this drawback, history suggests that the country and its economy will recoup in no time. 

With our utmost confidence in the country and with our passion to honour the real estate sector’s enduring determination during such a time, the 11th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) will host its second virtual edition on 19 November 2021, from 17:30 (GMT +8). 

The online gala and awards presentation will be streamed live across several platforms, on asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/, as well as on our official Facebook and YouTube accounts, providing the general public from across the globe a “front-row” seat to attend the biggest and most respected property awards programme in the country. 

The in-person production of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) virtual edition was conducted with stringent safety precautions in mind, following protocols set up by the government and the World Health Organisation, ensuring the protection of all parties involved.

The programme will kick off with a “Virtual Red Carpet”, where viewers will hear from our esteemed judging panel, our platinum sponsor Kohler, our official supervisor HLB, and PropertyGuru Singapore’s country manager. 

As the night progresses, Singapore’s most outstanding developers, developments, and designs of the year will be crowned. Winners and Highly Commended will be accepting their recognitions via remote video, to be showcased to a global audience, including real estate agents, property investors, consumers, and members of the press. 

As with our previous virtual gala, the official Awards website will feature a live chat box, an immersive platform where viewers can wish the developers luck and offer their congratulations.
