The PARQ signed a new office leasing contract with 3M, sharing common visions of sustainability and innovation

The PARQ, the mixed-use development integrating smart workplaces and retail under the concept of “Life Well Balanced”, recently signed a new office leasing contract with 3M, a global science-based innovation company known for manufacturing quality industrial, safety and consumer products. With the total area of over 6,400 sqm., 3M is set to use the new office space at The PARQ Workplace as its new headquarters in Southeast Asia. This new head office will open its doors in January with an innovation centre designed in cooperation with The PARQ’s engineering team.

The PARQ recently won PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2020 as Best Office Development, as well as PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2020 in three categories, including Best Office Development, Best Office Architectural Design and Best Green Development.
