The 9th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards unveil distinguished shortlist of nominees
An elite range of companies will be honoured during international luncheon in December
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today officially revealed the shortlist of companies nominated for its real estate awards programme in Cambodia.
The 9th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, supported by CBRE Cambodia, will be celebrated during an international luncheon at The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on Friday, 13 December 2024.
Among the elite companies nominated for this year’s awards are Anata Residence Co., Ltd, LP Residences Co., Ltd, OCIC Group, and V.I Land Investment Co., Ltd. Distinguished projects vying for recognition include Anata Residence, Connexion, Koh Pich City, Palm Springs, and Vong Residence.
Winners of the awards will also be recognised during an appreciation dinner, celebrating Cambodia’s finest companies in real estate, at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra on Wednesday, 18 December 2024. Additionally, winners of the awards will be eligible to compete alongside Asia’s finest real estate companies at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok on 13 December 2024.

The independent panel of judges consists of Sorn Seap, chairperson of the Awards in Cambodia and president of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA); David Granger, Siem Reap branch manager, IPS Real Estate Agency; Dilip Abye, architectural design manager, Archetype Cambodia; Freek Jansen, branch manager, Dewan Architects and Engineers; Jenny Chea Sok You, architect & managing director, CMED Construction; Jovany Antonio, residential director, DA&G Asset Management; Kinkesa Kim, deputy managing director, CBRE Cambodia; Lim Veasna, partner and attorney-at-law and commercial arbitrator, Vinaya Law Firm; Simon Griffiths, managing director, The Mall Company; Dr. Simon Vancliff, founder, Independent Real Estate Consultants; and Thida Ann, managing director, PropNex Cambodia.
The fairness, transparency, and integrity of the selection process are supervised by Paul Ashburn, co-managing partner of HLB Thailand, with the assistance of Kosla Hin and Chanthorng Kit of HLB Cambodia.
