16 top organisations named to the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards shortlist

Projects and companies from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to define real estate excellence across 45 categories at the annual gala in Manila on 20 August

MANILA, Philippines — Sixteen real estate organisations have been shortlisted across 45 categories for the 14th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, with the winners to be revealed at a black-tie gala celebration at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

Presented under the theme “Defined by Excellence,” this year’s awards recognise achievements across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use property, as well as architecture, interior design, sustainability, and social impact.

Projects and companies from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are represented on the shortlist, reflecting the geographic breadth and continued diversification of the Philippine property sector.

The 2026 categories highlight how developers are responding to a wide range of market and community needs. The programme recognises attainable first homes and affordable housing alongside lifestyle communities, large-scale housing, industrial estates, next-generation hotels, and completed mixed-use destinations. Dedicated honours also recognise more sustainable residential and commercial development.

The shortlisted companies and organisations are Aboitiz Economic Estates; Aboitiz Land, Inc.; Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association Incorporated; Aseana Residential Holdings Corporation; Cebu Landmasters, Inc.; Damosa Land, Inc.; Federal Land NRE Global, Inc.; Filinvest Land, Inc.; Landco Pacific Corporation; P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Inc.; PH1 World Developers; PHirst Park Homes Inc.; Primehomes; Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc.; Taylormade Development Corporation; and Wee Community Developers Inc.

Industry leaders to receive individual honours

The gala will also recognise leaders representing different generations of the Philippine property industry.

Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld Corporation, will receive the Real Estate Personality of the Year award, recognising an industry leader whose work has made a significant and newsworthy contribution to the country’s property sector.

Monica D. Lorenzo, director for leisure and business development at Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, will receive the Rising Star award, recognising her growing influence and contributions to the industry.

The individual honours are selected by the editors of Property Report by PropertyGuru, in consultation with the independent judging panel.

Independent selection process

The independent panel of judges who took part in the selection process consists of Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the Awards in the Philippines and president of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc.; Carlo Cordaro, president & CEO of Atelier A; Carlo Rufino, co-managing director of NEO; Arch. Gil Coscolluela, partner of W.V. Coscolluela & Associates; Jaime A. Cura, Ph.D., vice-chairman of The RGV Group of Companies; Jean Jacquelyn Nathania A. de Castro, CEO of ESCA Incorporated; Kathleen P. Obcemea, principal interior designer of KPO Beyond Designs Co.; Luis Enrique T. Mangosing, CEO of Metro Development Managers, Inc. (MDMI); Michelle Barretto, founder & CEO of Vitamin B, Inc.; Philip Mareschal, head of property & asset management of JLL Philippines; and Richard Raymundo, managing director of Colliers Philippines.

The finest winners from the Philippines may advance to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, where they will compete for the Best in Asia titles on 11 December 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
