Top Selling New Launch Condos since 2020
Looking at how quickly the new launch condos went up for sale at launch, you would think 2020 could be a bumper year, not one fraught with the global disaster of COVID-19. These are the best selling new condos this year, ordered by launch date:
- Parc Canberra EC
COVID-19 was in full swing during the launch of this executive condo (EC). The showflat took precautions, such as taking temperatures, taking down contact information to be used for tracing, and staggered the drop-off of ballots.
EC’s in a great spot, near the new MRT station in Canberra, where a variety of developments are in progress, such as the integrated sports and community hub. This, added to the amenities it offers and its location just 300m from the MRT station, can make it a great choice.
- Forett at Bukit Timah
At Bukit Timah, Forett’s virtual balloting was indeed memorable in 2020. Hosted by Singapore artiste Irene Ang, the event — that was over 23,000 viewers strong, some as far away as the US — was conducted via Zoom and streamed on Facebook Live.
It was also named winner in the Best Private Condo Development and Best Private Condo Landscape Architectural Design categories at the 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, and highly commended for Best Private Condo Architecture Design and Best Sales Gallery Architecture Design.
