PHUKET, THAILAND – Real estate professionals and invited guests gathered in Phuket to explore new residential concepts and hillside villa offerings that reflect the island’s evolving approach to lifestyle-driven development. The event brought industry participants to the AYANA Sales Gallery, where the developer introduced its design direction, community vision, and upcoming projects.

AYANA presents a lifestyle platform centred on connection and experience

One of the key announcements of the evening was AYANA Circle, a membership and lifestyle platform designed to link hospitality, wellness, culture, entertainment and residential experiences. Built around five pillars: Wellness, Art & Culture, Music & Entertainment, Lifestyle & Community, and Real Estate & Investment, the concept emphasises long-term engagement and community-building among residents and investors.

According to AYANA’s leadership, the platform aims to create a holistic environment that reflects shifting buyer expectations in Phuket, where experiential living and curated amenities are becoming increasingly central to development strategies.

Hillside developments showcased to industry guests

Guests were guided through presentations of AYANA Soluna Villas, AYANA Heights Seaview Residences, and the newly unveiled AYANA Lumina Reserve. Set within rainforest and elevated terrain, the portfolio features three to five-bedroom villas positioned near beaches, international schools, medical facilities, and lifestyle hubs.

Representatives from the team provided an overview of design elements, site planning, and development timelines, underscoring how hillside configurations and natural surroundings serve as key components of AYANA’s residential approach.

The event included a visual reveal, live performances, and guided gallery tours led by AYANA’s project team. Ahead of the main programme, selected attendees joined creative workshops at Moodcafé & Restaurant, where floral arrangement, bag painting, and mindful tasting sessions introduced the experiential dimension of the brand’s wider ecosystem.
