People’s Choice Awards reveal Thailand’s top developers of the year, voted by consumers

Residents select the year’s finest companies based on satisfaction, reputation, and excellence

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today revealed the winners of the second People’s Choice Awards, a special, consumer-driven segment of the 20th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.

Residents of Thailand cast their votes via PeoplesChoiceAwards.asia from 8 to 24 August 2025 as the kingdom’s longest-running real estate awards programme empowered consumers to help raise the Gold Standard of real estate. Eligible voters chose from a list of trusted developers, selected based on consumer satisfaction, brand reputation, and project excellence.

Results of the voting were independently verified and audited by HLB, the official balloting partner of the People’s Choice Awards and official supervisor of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.

The winners of the 2025 People’s Choice Awards in Thailand are Areeya Property Public Company Limited; AssetWise; Central Pattana Residence; Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited; L.P.N. Development PCL.; Land and Houses Public Company Limited; Major Development; Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited; Sansiri Public Company Limited; and SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited​.

Winning companies will take the stage during the presentation of the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards on 12 September at the newly reimagined Dusit Thani Bangkok. In addition to the People’s Choice Awards, the black-tie gala will celebrate the kingdom’s finest developers and design practices in around 40 competitive categories, selected by an independent panel of expert judges.

Exciting prizes, including Central e-vouchers, await 30 lucky winners of the “Vote and Win” raffle for People’s Choice Awards voters on 3 September.

The second edition of the People’s Choice Awards in Thailand follows successful editions in Malaysia, where the accolades were initially launched. The People’s Choice Awards will be introduced to the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards and other markets within the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series.

The 2025 People’s Choice Awards come as the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards programme marks its landmark 20th edition.

Celebrating 20 years since its inception in Thailand in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series now includes the Middle East, Australia, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.

Top winners of competitive categories from the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will advance to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 12 December 2025.
