Over 90 marks of excellence to be presented at the 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final

Finale of the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series to distinguish the finest real estate developers, design practices, and projects across Asia

BANGKOK, Thailand — The 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final is set to recognise diverse achievements of the region’s outstanding developers and design practices on Friday, 12 December at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

The 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, presented by Sub-Zero & Wolf SEA, will distinguish the Best in Asia from top winners of the 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series. This year’s finalists will represent the finest real estate achievements in 13 markets across Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.

Supaluck Umpujh, the chairwoman of The Mall Group, will receive the prestigious PropertyGuru Icon Award from the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru for her body of iconic achievements in mixed-use and retail development, including the award-winning EM District in the heart of Bangkok.

The 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final highlights the series of events known as PropertyGuru Week, also held at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

PropertyGuru Week launches on 11 December 2025 with the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, gathering thought leaders for a chance to connect and discuss “Trusted Marketplaces and Thriving Communities.” The International Luncheon, marked by the presentation of the 2025 Awards for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Sri Lanka, and the Middle East, and the Grand Final follow on 12 December. Finally, this year’s PropertyGuru Week culminates with the Creator Spotlight at Cinema Oasis Bangkok on 13 December.
