Local property developers gear up for the Philippines Property Awards
Real estate developers from all over the country are gearing up for the 2024 edition of the Philippines Property Awards, organized by property technology company PropertyGuru.
During the press launch held at the Grand Hyatt Manila, PropertyGuru shared the calendar for this year’s awards as well as unveiled new categories developers can compete in.
Developers can now submit their entries to more than 30 categories, ranging from Best Condo Architectural Design to Best Luxury Developer. This year’s Philippines Property Awards also introduces several awards recognizing developers with remarkable ESG (environmental, social, and corporate governance). Developers can win awards for sustainable design, sustainable construction, energy efficiency, and social impact. Entries can be sent in until June 14, 2024.
