MANILA, Philippines – The 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will take place on Friday, 15 August 2025, starting at 18:00 (GMT+8), in a milestone year marking the 20th anniversary of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series. This edition will honour the country’s leading developers and projects across 69 categories, while introducing new distinctions to the programme.
For the first time in the Philippines, the Life Achievement Award will be presented to Lance Y. Gokongwei, Chairman of Robinsons Land Corporation. Other individual honours include Real Estate Personality of the Year for Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, President and CEO of Aboitiz Land, Inc. and Head of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, and the Rising Star Award, presented by Bridges, to Jessica Bianca T. Sy, Vice President and Head of Design, Innovation and Strategy at SM Prime and SMDC.
The evening will also see the return of Stars of the Night, presented by The Philippine Star and Property Inquirer, shining a spotlight on the best dressed attendees.
Presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints, the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will showcase the best in property development and design from Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
