Trusted global paint manufacturer Jotun lent support to the sixth annual edition of the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, broadcast 12 November as a virtual gala celebration on AsiaPropertyAwards.com and various digital platforms.
Jotun’s drive for perfection and constant improvement with its products reflects the awards programme’s aim to elevate the Gold Standard in real estate.

Jotun has sponsored the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards since 2017. Boasting long-lasting colours and technologically enhanced features, Jotun’s high-performing range of decorative paints and marine, protective and powder coatings have protected properties across Cambodia for decades.
“Beautiful and high-quality projects deserve a paint system that can make them look as good as they are intended to be for a long time,” said Stub. “This is the core of the value we bring to the market.”
Founded in Norway in 1926, Jotun has been present in Cambodia for more than 20 years. Today Jotun operates through 64 companies in more than 100 countries, with 37 production facilities worldwide.
Jotun has supplied paints to many high-profile projects around the world, including the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and the Canton Tower in Guangzhou. It has also supplied coatings for the Dubai Metro.
The 6th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, supported by Jotun, honoured winners and Highly Commended awardees in 19 competitive categories. This year’s edition of the awards also honoured Catherine Chan, founder and executive director of Urban Village & Factory Phnom Penh, as Cambodia Real Estate Personality of the Year, making her the first female recipient of the title.
The 6th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards is also supported by official cable TV partner History Channel; official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report; official PR partner Two Way PR; media partner Construction & Property Magazine; official charity partner Right To Play; official ESG partner Baan Dek Foundation; supporting association Asia MarTech Society; and official supervisor HLB.
