Upholding fairness and transparency as the programme expands across Asia Pacific

HLB International has renewed its role as the Official Supervisor for the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2025 series, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring a fair, transparent, and credible judging process as the programme continues to expand its footprint across Asia Pacific.

Spanning 13 property markets from the Chinese territories to Southeast Asia and Australia, the series culminates at the Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand, where the finest developers from across the region vie for the prestigious “Best in Asia” honours. Building on its recent expansion into the Middle East, the Awards now cover a broader range of markets than ever before.

Since 2020, this award-winning firm has leveraged its global experience in supervising the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards to uphold the integrity of the programme. Working alongside the independent panel of judges, HLB ensures that every step of the process, from reviewing submissions to final deliberations, meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
