Elite list of developers vies for the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards

Diverse shortlist of nominees from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will advance to gala in August, with prestigious honours to be presented in nearly 70 categories

MANILA, Philippines — PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today announced the outstanding companies shortlisted for the latest edition of its awards programme in the Philippines.

The 13th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints, will be presented in nearly 70 categories during a black-tie gala and awards ceremony at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila on 15 August 2025.

Around 30 outstanding companies have been shortlisted to compete for the prestigious marks of excellence. This year’s shortlist of nominees represents a diverse cross-section of property markets, including the finest places to live, work, and thrive in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao as well as the enterprises and individuals behind them.

The gala will also celebrate the achievements of the industry’s finest pioneers and innovators. Lance Y. Gokongwei, chairman of Robinsons Land Corporation, is set to receive the first-ever Life Achievement Award. Rafael Fernandez de Mesa, president and CEO of Aboitiz Land, Inc. and head of Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates, will receive the Real Estate Personality of the Year award. The Rising Star award will be presented to Jessica Bianca T. Sy, VP and head of design, innovation and strategy at SM Prime & SMDC.

The independent panel of judges who took part in the selection process consists of Cyndy Tan Jarabata, chairperson of the Awards in the Philippines and president of TAJARA Leisure & Hospitality Group Inc.; Carlo Cordaro, president & CEO, Atelier A; Carlo Rufino, co-managing director, NEO; Jaime A. Cura, PhD, vice-chairman, The RGV Group of Companies; Jean Jacquelyn Nathania A. de Castro, CEO, ESCA Incorporated; Kathleen P.  Obcemea, principal interior designer, KPO Beyond Designs Co.; Luis Enrique T. Mangosing, CEO, Metro Development Managers, Inc.
