The 2024 PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards this July 26 is inviting entries from developers with the aim of recognising, and promoting their advancement and sustainability efforts in the Kingdom.
“Despite external market shifts and evolving local dynamics, the Cambodian real estate industry has shown impressive resilience, supported by foreign investments and a strategic shift towards affordability,” said Jules Kay, general manager of property awards of PropertyGuru Asia.
