China’s finest developers from the Mainland, Hong Kong, and Macau territories will be honoured at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards to celebrate the best of the best in China’s real estate sector throughout the past year.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China) is the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry awards programme. The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series established in 2005. With a professionally run and supervised judging system, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate.
The author of "Life Hacks" and "Growth Hacks", Ken is an award-winning brand strategist, Associate Professor, columnist and expert commentator in Tech, Real Estate, Branding and e-Commerce. Ken has held a number of senior roles from corporate consulting to public affairs advisory for leading multinational and conglomerates. Ken was formerly the Head of Marketing at Atkins, one of the world’s largest engineering and design consultancies. He was also recently the marketing head for the 145 year-old design practice, Leigh & Orange.
At present, he is the Chairman of the Asia MarTech Society and serves on the Advisory Board of several professional organisations, including two universities.
Chou Kuang Ming (Ray)

Coco Lin is a Principal at B+H Architects, a leading global design and consulting firm with 67 years of award-winning work.
With more than 20 years of experience in planning, architecture, interior design and real estate consultancy, Coco has a broad skillset across sectors that has contributed to the successful delivery of many large-scale projects in North America and Asia, covering the fields of regional planning, urban design, mixed-use developments, healthcare, workplace, residence etc. She has been actively involved in all aspects of creative process from master-planning, conceptualization and continue through design development to construction stage. Her responsibilities also include leadership of design teams within the studio and stakeholder engagement at both strategic level and in detailed resolution.
Frankie Liang founded WAD in 2017 as China's first private luxury residence design and construction consultancy platform. He serves as Executive Chairman of both the "WAD World Young Designers Conference" and "WAD Luxury Residence Design and Construction Summit". His notable initiatives include curating the 70th Anniversary Chinese Art & Design Achievement Exhibition at UN Headquarters (2015), establishing the biennial China-US Design Summit and annual China-Europe Design Summit, and leading the 2018 UN Chinese Art & Design Summit. Through his premium consultancy platform, Frankie has been instrumental in globalizing Chinese design by connecting top-tier international resources and establishing industry benchmarks.
Famous architect, Mr. Guo has presided over or participated in a number of heavyweight cultural and creative industry design, such as Beijing Planetarium, The Science and Technology Museum of China, and LA Live! (The landmark building in downtown Los Angeles), the renovation of Chongqing Huguang guild hall historical and cultural commercial street, Liaoning Publishing Group Jinzhou book city, Guangxi University Lijiang academy, etc.In commercial architecture, Mr. Guo presided over the design of China Resources Chongqing MIXC Phase I and Phase II, Qingdao MIXC Phase I and Phase II, Shanghai Senlan Dongjing Road TOD and other heavyweight urban complex projects.In 2006, Mr. Guo participated in the establishment of UCLA-TJU-Cross-Culture Design Studio and hold the position as a tutor. He was also invited to serve as the design course judge of the school of architecture of Iowa State University, and delivered academic speeches in Tianjin University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and other well-known institutions.
