In year 2014, he founded CAAD, focusing on creating the first integrated professional service platform on real estate appraising– V Appraise. This platform leads the build of China’s real estate data appraising standard, providing the finance institutions, government, developers and enterprises an in-depth professional service in the real estate industry.

Mr. LIU Hongyu is currently a professor in real estate and construction, the Director of the Institute of Real Estate Studies and an Associate Director of the Institute for China Sustainable Urbanization at Tsinghua University. His researches concentrate on real estate economics, real estate investment and finance, housing policies and land management. He is the Chairperson of the Specialist Committee of Housing Policy, a vice president of the China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents, and a director of the International Real Estate Society and the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress. He is also a Hon. Professor of the University of Hong Kong, Fellow of the Asian Real Estate Society (past president).

Dirk Zschunke
Dirk Zschunke (*1970) studied architecture & urban design at TU Darmstadt & SUNY Buffalo/NY and received his master’s degree in 1999. His career spans over 20 years of professional and academic experiences in Germany, the US & the Netherlands and since 2010 in China. He has worked for industry leading practices such as OMA, KPF or KSP, contributing to a wide range of large-scale public, cultural and mixed-use projects. While teaching at Jiaotong Liverpool University in Suzhou, he joined in 2016 the award winning and internationally operating multidisciplinary design studio IPPOLITO FLEITZ GROUP (ifgroup.org). He is currently running their Shanghai branch office and working on a variety of interior and architecture projects, ranging from residential to commercial and workspace to hospitality.

Andrea Born in Turin, Italy from a family of theater artists, Andrea Destefanis developed very early a strong interest for visual arts and scenography. Growing up in a refined cultural environment he moved to live in Venice where completing his education at University of Architecture of Venice he started to cooperate with several architectural firms and developed award winning projects in architecture and city planning. Moved by his personal interest in different fields of design he founded a co-operative studio focused on research and developing early innovative architectural computer graphic design tools prior to the founding of Kokaistudios.
