China’s finest developers from Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau territories will be honoured at the PropertyGuru China Property Awards to celebrate the best of the best in China’s real estate sector in the past year. The awards will be presented as part of the 2019 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand.

Presented by global brand Kohler, the 2019 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards are the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry honours. The culminating event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in 2005. With a professionally run judging system supervised by BDO, one of the world’s largest auditing and accountancy firms, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate.

Should have completed at least 2 development in China from 2014 to present.

Best Boutique Developer (China)

Should have completed at least 1 development in China from 2014 to present.

Best Boutique Developer (Hong Kong and Macau)

Should have completed at least 1 development in Hong Kong and Macau from 2014 to present.

Special Recognition in CSR

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. There is no direct entry for this category.

Special Recognition in Sustainable Development

All shortlisted developers will be invited to submit details of their sustainable initiatives. There is no direct entry for this category.

Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Condo Development (Greater Bay Area)

Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit. Must be located in 11 cities (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Huizhou, Zhaoqing, and the SARs of Hong Kong and Macau.)

Best Boutique Condo Development

Open to condominiums and apartments. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Housing Development (China)

Open to development with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Housing Development (Greater Bay Area)

Open to development with more than 4 units of houses and/or villas. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit. Best Entertainment Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022.

Best Serviced Apartment Development

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022.

Best Sporting Facility

The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. 

Best Senior Living Development

Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior-friendly surroundings and social programmes. The development must be completed in the period between January 2019 and before December 2022. Must have a show unit.

Best Green Development

Open to Residential and Commercial Projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted or pending). All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category.

Best Universal Design Development

The design of a built environment that can be accessed, understood and used to the greatest extent possible by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability. The development must be completed in the period between January 2018 and before December 2022. All shortlisted developments are eligible. There is no direct entry for this category.
