Best Developer (Mainland China)
Should have completed at least 2 developments in Mainland China from 2020 to the present. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Luxury Developer (Mainland China)
Must have completed at least 2 luxury residential developments (For Housing Development should have an average price per unit over RMB 12 million. For Condo Development should have an average unit price apartments with at an average unit price of RMB 100,000 per sqm and more) since January 2020. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Boutique Developer (Mainland China)
Should have completed at least 1 development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Hospitality Developer (Mainland China)
Should have completed at least 2 hospitality development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Hospitality developer includes hotel and/or resort sector. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Mixed Use Developer (Mainland China)
Should have completed at least 2 mixed-use development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Mixed-Use developers should include at least two interconnected components in their projects: residential, retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, etc. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Community Developer (Mainland China)
Must have completed at least 2 community focus projects (Condo or Housing/Landed) in Mainland China before Dec 2020
Best Township Developer (Mainland China)

Sustainable Design Award
The Developer prioritizes sustainable design (eg. demonstrate through energy, water, materials and waste aspects) as the fundamental narrative of its projects, incorporating environmentally responsible practices and materials to minimize the negative environmental impact of construction, operation, and maintenance of buildings and communal areas.
Sustainable Construction Award
The Developer demonstrates sustainable construction practices through project management, low carbon (eg. steel and concrete) procurement process, and innovative construction techniques such as off-site prefabrication, DfMA process, minimizing waste, saving energy and applying source reduction strategies.
Energy Efficiency Award
The Developer applies comprehensive design or operation measures to minimize energy consumption within buildings. This encompasses various strategies and technologies aimed at optimizing energy use while maintaining or improving comfort, functionality, and performance.
