Asia Property Awards (Singapore) judge Kristin moderates upcoming health and fitness webinar

The tenuous connections between real estate, physical activity, and wellness during a pandemic will be the subject of a new webinar this week by the team behind PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit.
The live virtual conference, titled “Wellness & Real Estate 2020: Fitness and leisure in the social distancing era”, will air worldwide via Zoom on Thursday, 13 August 2020 at 3pm BKK (4pm SG).

Confirmed speakers include Tjeert Kwant, CEO of Banyan Group Thailand, who will be covering the impact of the pandemic on spas and wellness amenities, among others, and Dustin Jefferson Onghanseng, CEO and co-founder of uHoo, who will be speaking at length about the importance of indoor air quality. Michael Jones, CEO and founder of mobility-based practice Pain-Free Me, will be talking about the ergonomics of working from home during the safe distancing period. Richard Cohen, CEO and founder of award-winning fitness centre The Lab Bangkok, will also be in attendance to assess the state of fitness and health centres during the pandemic.
Kristin Thorsteins, partner with Portman Investment and a member of the Urban Land Institute – Hotel Development Council & Women’s Leadership Initiative, will be moderating the session.
