The 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) unveils shortlist of nominees
More than 40 awards will recognise the city-state’s leading developers, projects, and industry figures, with winners to be revealed at a black-tie gala at The St. Regis Singapore on 30 October 2026
SINGAPORE — PropertyGuru Group today announced the shortlist for the 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), with leading developers and projects set to compete for honours at a black-tie gala celebration at The St. Regis Singapore on Friday, 30 October 2026.
The 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) will recognise achievements across more than 40 awards, including property development, design, and industry leadership, in line with the theme “Defined by Excellence.”
The competitive shortlist represents developers specialising across a wide range of market sectors. Categories recognise diverse segments of Singapore’s property market, from premium, private, and mega-scale condominiums to landed housing, as well as hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use property, spanning different locations from the Core Central Region (CCR) to Outside Central Region (OCR).

The 2026 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) also introduces the Best Selling Awards, data-led recognitions of sales performance in Singapore’s residential market.
Industry leaders to receive individual honours
The gala will also recognise two industry leaders through the programme’s individual honours. Goh Yeow Lian, executive chairman and managing director of Wee Hur Holdings Ltd, will receive the Real Estate Personality of the Year award. Gallant Tang, chief executive officer of SingHaiyi Group, will receive the Rising Star award.
Both honours are Publisher’s Choice awards selected by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine of the awards.
Independent selection process
The competitively judged categories are determined by an independent panel of industry experts chaired by Prof. Roy Ling, CEO of FollowTrade, board director, and adjunct professor.
The panel also includes Chua Shang Chai, partner, Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP; Sr. Daniel Wong Hwee Boon, associate professor, National University of Singapore; Henry Woon, director, Atelier Ten; Ar. Ivy Koh, director, Architecture + Design, Buildings + Cities, SJ Group; Kelvin Chow, lead independent director, Addvalue Technologies Ltd; Dr Lee Nai Jia, director, PropertyDoctors (Singapore) Pte Ltd; Robert Greg Shand, architect, Greg Shand Architects; Saravanan Sugumaran, managing director, Morrow Intelligence; and Zhenru Goy, principal architect, Goy Architects.
The competitive judging process is supervised by HLB, helping uphold the programme’s standards of fairness, transparency, and credibility. Under the Awards’ established process, development, design, and developer nominees are assessed by the independent judging panel, with HLB overseeing the procedures and results.
Top Singapore winners from eligible categories may advance to the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, competing for the Best in Asia titles on 11 December 2026 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
