Standout developers celebrate 20 years of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards
From first-time recipients to national champions, this landmark edition celebrates winners chosen by judges and consumers
BANGKOK, Thailand — The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards celebrated its historic 20th anniversary edition today at a black-tie ceremony held at the recently reopened Dusit Thani Bangkok, where the kingdom’s finest real estate achievements took centre stage across more than 40 categories.
A total of 26 development companies and design practices brought home the gold during the presentation of the 20th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in the heart of the Thai capital.
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited triumphed with its first-ever win for Best Developer. The company behind the award-winning One Bangkok project also won for its new green project, The Grand Riverfront Ratchapruek – Rama 5.
Developers also excelled in vibrant property markets beyond Bangkok. Tropical Life Real Estate Co., Ltd. won Best Developer (Samui), elevated by wins for its projects Nathee/Thawee by Tropical Life Residence and Suntree by Tropical Life Residence. PNP Real Estate Co., Ltd. prevailed as Best Developer (Hua Hin), supported by its winning project La Felice Exclusive Villa Hua Hin, while The Riviera Group won Best Developer (Eastern Seaboard).
Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited was recognised as Best Wellness Developer, with Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited winning golden statuettes for the projects Chapter Charoenkrung Riverside and The Reserve Villas Sukhumvit 89/1.

Real Asset Development Co., Ltd. won two golden statuettes for Aestiq Thonglor, including the sought-after title of Best Condo Development (Thailand). Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 by Asset Five Group Public Company Limited was named Best Housing Development (Thailand).
Ultra-luxury homes nationwide were also recognised, including Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7; D Space 3 by A35 Estate Corporation Co., Ltd; Nantawan Pool Villa Rama 9 – New Krungthep Kreetha Road by Land and Houses Public Company Limited; Scope Thonglor by Scope Company Limited; and Triya Panwa by The Element by Triya.
Land and Houses Public Company Limited also won for its luxury projects Vive New Krungthep Kreetha and Vive Phuket, bringing its haul this year to four golden statuettes.
Also receiving four wins, AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited garnered accolades for the housing developments Beon Kaset – Nawamin; Centro Sathorn – Suksawat; The City Ratchapruek – Phrannok; and The Palazzo Pinklao – Borom.
In Greater Bangkok, Reignwood Group won Best Luxury Mega Township Development for the vast multi-generational community Reignwood Park. Innovative, imaginative retail projects throughout the metropolis also garnered golden statuettes: Hatch Dome – Asiatique The Riverfront Destination by Asset World Corporation and Parade at One Bangkok by Lead8.

Origin Vertical Co., Ltd. won for the well-connected and pet-friendly projects Knightsbridge Space Sukhumvit Rama4 and Origin Plug & Play E22 Station. Baan 365 Sukhumvit 77 by L.P.N. Development PCL.; Belgravia Exclusive Ratchaphruek – Rama5 by Britania Public Company Limited; and Chann The Riverside Borommaratchachonnani by AssetWise rounded out the diverse slate of winning projects in metropolitan Bangkok.
Upscale condominium and landed developments also represented southern Thailand, led by Canvas Cherngtalay by Sansiri Public Company Limited; Naturale Phuket Luxury Pool Villas by AAG Development Co., Ltd.; and Phyll Krabi and Phyll Phuket II, both by Central Pattana. Thera Asset Co., Ltd. represented northern Thailand with a win for the housing development Thera Thamm: Wang Tan.
A trio of accomplished leaders in Thai real estate also received special recognitions at the gala. Kamala Sukosol, president of Siam Hotels & Resorts, received the inaugural Life Achievement Award of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, celebrating her distinguished legacy in Thai hospitality alongside the Sukosol Group and her contributions to responsible tourism and the kingdom’s cultural fabric.
Chadatip Chutrakul, chief executive officer of Siam Piwat Group, was honoured as Real Estate Personality of the Year for her transformative leadership in the retail segment, as exemplified by shopping institutions such as IconSiam and Siam Paragon.
Supachoke Panchasarp, chief executive officer of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited, received the inaugural Rising Star award for blazing new trails in development, filling a market gap for consumers seeking self-built homes.

In addition to competitive categories, the latest PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards gave consumers a platform to recognise the kingdom’s top developers through the People’s Choice Awards, with the support of the country’s leading property platforms, DDproperty and Think of Living.
The winners of the 2025 People’s Choice Awards in Thailand are Areeya Property Public Company Limited; AssetWise; Central Pattana Residence; Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited; L.P.N. Development PCL.; Land and Houses Public Company Limited; Major Development; Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited; Sansiri Public Company Limited; and SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited.
As part of the 20th anniversary celebrations, the ceremony also paid tribute to construction workers in Thailand through an initiative supported by Dao Ethical Gifts, with the participation of Baan Dek Foundation.
