Developers define real estate excellence with record-setting wins at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards
Cebu Landmasters claims second Best Developer win with 9 awards, leading an elite group of organisations honoured across 46 categories
MANILA, Philippines — Sixteen organisations were named winners across 46 categories at the 14th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, with results revealed during a black-tie gala celebration at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila on Thursday, 20 August 2026.
Presented under the theme “Defined by Excellence,” the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards recognised achievements across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use property, as well as architecture, interior design, sustainability, and social impact.
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. made history, clinching its second Best Developer title—its first since 2019—in a repeat victory underlining its cachet as a formidable national real estate player. The Visayas-based developer’s dominance extended across multiple categories, including wins as Best Housing Developer, Best Developer (Visayas), and Best Developer (Mindanao).
The company’s project, Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, was recognised as Best Next Gen Hotel Development, while North Grove at Pristina Town and The Wave Towers won Best Mid End Condo Development (Metro Cebu) and Best High End Condo Development (Metro Cebu), respectively. Casa Mira Homes GenSan won Best Housing Development (Mindanao) for the developer while Astra Lifestyle Centre won Best Retail Architectural Design.
Diverse developers nationwide
The 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards celebrated diverse developers from across the archipelago. Aboitiz Economic Estates won Best Industrial Developer, Best Sustainable Commercial Developer, and Best Developer (Luzon) alongside Aboitiz Land, which was recognised for The Villages at LIMA Estate. Landco Pacific Corporation took home Best Lifestyle Boutique Developer, Best Sustainable Residential Developer, and Best Luxury Developer, while The Spinnaker earned Best Condo Development (Philippines) and Best Condo Development (Luzon). Idesia by P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Inc. was named Best Housing Development (Philippines), among other wins.
Filinvest Land, Inc. won Best Large Scale Housing Developer, supported by winning projects Claremont and Futura Homes Palm Estates, while Taylormade Development Corporation won Best Townhouse Developer and was honoured for Aurella Ridge. Damosa Land, Inc. was named Best Boutique Developer, alongside winning project TRYP by Wyndham Samal, while PHirst Park Homes Inc. was recognised as Best Community Developer, with winning project PHirst Park Homes Gen San.
Primehomes Real Estate Development Inc. was named Sustainable Residential/Township Developer, plus a win for The Reserve, while Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association Incorporated was named Social Impact Champion.
Other winners include Aseana Residential Holdings Corporation (MidPark Towers); Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (Riverpark Gateway District Showroom, The Observatory Sales Pavilion); PH1 World Developers (Avesta Residences); and Wee Community Developers Inc. (Destine Davao, Newtowne Dasmariñas).
Individual honours
The 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards also recognised individuals representing different generations of the Philippine property industry, with honours decided by the editorial team of Property Report Magazine by PropertyGuru.
The Life Achievement Award was presented to Jorge L. Araneta, the CEO, chairman, and president of Araneta Group. One of the country’s township development pioneers, Araneta has been instrumental in redefining the country’s retail and mixed-use real estate sector for decades through Araneta City.
Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president and CEO of Megaworld Corporation, received the Real Estate Personality of the Year award in recognition of her transformative work in developing integrated townships and districts across the country.
Monica D. Lorenzo, director for leisure and business development at Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation, received the Rising Star award, recognising her growing influence and contributions to the industry.
