Some of the kingdom’s most recognisable real estate brands and partners pooled their resources and support together for the 16th annual edition of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
IHI, JLL, Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana, and Bathic came together for the first virtual gala celebration of the awards programme, which aired 3 December on AsiaPropertyAwards.com and multiple digital platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

While IHI has been working with real estate projects in Bangkok since 2014, the company boasts a storied heritage that dates to the creation of Japan’s first automated parking systems in 1962.
“Being the first company to introduce automated parking system technology to Japan and with over 60 years of experience in the field, IHI is a frontrunner in the automated parking system industry with the highest quality and safety standard guaranteed,” said Kaj Miyake, general manager for sales and marketing at IHI Asia Pacific (Thailand) Co., Ltd..
“At IHI, we pride ourselves in providing parking solutions to developments which can be utilised safely, comfortably, and sustainably during the development cycle,” he added.

JLL has been a steadfast partner with the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series for many years. Both organisations share a commitment to raising the bar for real estate in Thailand, according to Suphin Mechuchep, chairperson of JLL Thailand.
“For over a decade, partnerships with leading firms such as JLL has indeed inspired our real estate leaders to consistently break the boundaries of development and design,” said Suphin.
“By recognising oustanding property developers, developments, and designs, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards have encouraged and inspired Thailand’s industry to continue to strive for excellence. This is well in line with JLL’s purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world.”

“PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards recognise the great works of projects in Thailand developed by many of our customers for years,” said Arthit Potivorakun, the general manager of the Living Environment Systems Division at Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Watana.
“By becoming part of this programme, we can jointly appreciate these achievements of property developers who also apply our quality Mitsubishi Electric air-conditioning and ventilating products in their projects.”
The company marked its 50th anniversary this year with a line of energy-saving AC systems, such as the Eco Eye Inverter XT Series with a proprietary sensor and motion detector and the City Multi VRF System that controls multiple units in one setting.

“We value and want to be a part in celebrating a special day for all developers who participate in this event,” said Kan Poonsattha, managing director of Bathic.
Bathic has been a leading name in the Thai door industry for over three decades. “Throughout those years, we have gained the trust and support of various developers. We are honoured to take part in this special day,” said Kan.
Representing the Gold Standard of real estate, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series originated in Thailand in 2005 and has since expanded to 15 other brilliant property markets across Asia Pacific. Thousands of VIPs and C-suite executives in the real estate and construction industries attend the highly anticipated series of gala dinners and virtual celebrations every year.
