Local developer Urbanland is hoping to cash in on the borey boom grabbing gold for its gated community in the 2021 PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards. It took home seven awards for Chankiri Palm Creek on Phnom Penh’s National Road 2, Best Developer, Best Housing Development in Cambodia, Best Housing Development in Phnom Penh, Best Housing Architectural Design, Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design, Special Recognition in Environment, Corporate and Social Governance and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction.
