4th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) programme honours the continent’s towering residential achievements

Winners and Highly Commended awardees of the 4th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) were revealed today in a virtual gala celebration that premiered on AsiaPropertyAwards.com and the programme’s official live platforms on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Brady Property Group garnered some of the night’s most sought-after titles, including the top award of Best Condo/Apartment Development (Australia) for 380 Melbourne. The beautifully designed skyscraper in the Melbourne CBD also won the awards of Best Apartment Development (Victoria) and Best Apartment Architectural Design.
Volume Projects won the coveted Best Housing Development (Australia) title, as well as the Best Townhouse Development (Victoria) award, for Bridge P.M. Meanwhile, the Best Apartment Interior Design award went to V-Leader for No. 6 Sydney St while Willow Brighton by Samuel Property gained the Best Landscape Architectural Design award.
Optimus Developments scored the Highly Commended awards in both the Best Apartment Development (Victoria) and Best Apartment Architectural Design categories for K1 Residence.

The 2021 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia) was an inclusive virtual broadcast presentation that showcased Australian real estate excellence to an international viewership, including property seekers, investors, and agents across Asia Pacific. Highlights of the high-production digital event, filmed in accordance with health and safety protocols, will be broadcast on the History Channel, the official cable TV partner of the awards.

The independent panel of judges that chose this year’s awardees were Lui Violanti, Awards Chairperson and Regional Manager – Western Australia of Inhabit Group; Benson Zhou, Director, CBD and Metropolitan Sales, Savills Australia; Ivan Lam, Head of International Business, Charter Keck Cramer; Jessica Liew, Director, Plus Architecture; Leonie Klaric, CEO & Founder, The Property Expert International; and Richard Newling Ward, Director, Bayleyward.
The selection process was conducted under the supervision of HLB Mann Judd – HLB Australasia, led by Josh Chye, Partner and Head of Tax.
